RSN organized product reviews for our Divisional Dining Directors. Taking their feedback, RSN was able to reduce the impact of food inflationary cost by not only negotiating reduced pricing on our manufacturer agreements but also enabled us to capture additional marketing and rebate dollars.
They worked with our menu and Master Ingredient List to establish our Master Order Guide. By providing consistent reporting throughout the onboarding process we were able to reduce our off-order guide to on average under 6% of our total orders. This was the critical to our program’s success.
